The first ad is a VV-XI, or maybe an XIV ok price if it's complete and running but the they are both commonly found machines.

Second ad is a VV 4-3, http://victor-victrola.com/4-7.htm someone has painted the case. The price is good if someone has the missing reproducer and can undertake the refinishing, as it is it's lacking the reproducer and getting a replacement will equal the cost of the machine or more. I suspect that if this sells it will be parted out.
