WANTED: redundant portable gramophone case (UK)
I have a project I am attempting, very similar to a cigar box guitar, however, a real cigar box is not big enough, so I was wondering if anyone in the UK had a redundant case from a portable gramophone, I'm not going to molest a complete gramophone but a case that has been stripped of it's parts should be perfect

I've got three empty cases, an HMV 101, a Columbia 112a or a Cliftophone. None of them have the lid hinge or any fittings. Any one of them yours for the postage cost.
