How much were Edison cylinders?
I've never seen vintage pricing on Edison cylinders. How much did Amberols go for? How about Blue Amberols? Were they comparable in price to discs? Thanks.

Cylinders were generally less than discs. I seem to recall Edison Gold Molded black wax 2 minute cylinders sold for 35 cents.

Mostly 35 to 50 cents, higher for the "Royal Purple" series.
They were also deeply discounted at the end of life of each type of record (wax, and Blue Amberol).

Re: How much were Edison cylinders?
In the UK about 1903 Edison 2 minute cylinders typically cost two shillings each, and the large Concert cylinders seven shillings each.
By 1910 a price war had broken out, with Edison Bell offering 4 minute cylinders at one shilling each when Edison wax Amberols cost one shilling and sixpence.
