Yes, i don't think I have seen it that full in quite some time. I was not in the market for a machine this time, but picked up some stuff and brought home lots of records for very reasonable cost. Also found matching folders for me late L-door XVI. And met lots of nice people like always. A good day for me.

Rich,
Thanks for the pictures. Did you find anything to bring home? I noticed some real rare pieces in the pictures. They didn't have prices on them. Were they just for show?

I was very tempted by the Home Suitcase Polyphone machine for $8000, but the only thing i came home with was an Edison Schubert. Just don't know why.

Nice Pictures, Rich !
My buddy and I drove-out from Scranton, arriving around 9:30 AM, and staying till about 1:30 PM...
Got a nice bag-full of supplies from Mr. Sitko, a bunch of grubby but useable tone-arms and reproducers for some Grafonola projects, some records ( of course ! ), and looked at lots of neat stuff !
I was pleasantly surprised to see several machines with Bettini Micro-Attachments ( one, a Columbia ! ), and a big Graphophone with the Higham reproducer... it was missing some of the wooden cabinet rails and mouldings, and needed a lot of love, but I think all the important parts were present.
The weather was terrific, and it was a grand day out !

Re: Wayne Pics anybody? We'd all like to see!
I remember seeing a few unusual disc machines at the show that don't normally show up there, probably because of size... this was a nice change, considering the typical dominance by smaller tabletop things. there was a decent Pathé actuelle in oak, an edison schubert (refinished)... but there was another, what seemed to be an australian machine with swiss components, a beltona? it looked like a small drop-front desk, but inside was a phonograph... the drawers below were actually doors that concealed the horn opening. it was pretty neat, but I didn't see a price... might anyone else have? also, I thought I just saw this exact same machine sell on ebay for about 450, the seller was in pa, item number 231523810071.
