Help: With Identifying Reproducer

Looks like a Columbia but different than the Columbia's I have with the thumb screw. Brass looks like someone may have used it as a Columbia at one time. Any help would be appreciated. It is brass. Columbia's are usually nickel this one looks gold(brass colored).
