Looks like a suffix-B L-door XVI.

Finish looks tired; is that tenth album folder around ?

I'm hesitant to suggest a value, as lately there seems to be some broad difference of opinion as to valuation on these...

I think a lot would depend on the condition of the album folders, condition of the plating on the hard-ware ( especially the taper-tube and reproducer ), is it in working order, is there any serious damage to the veneer / wood... also, is this marked as a US Victor, or Canadian Victor ?

I think the greatest selling-point based on these photos is the presence of the folders.

Looks like a second style (dome top) VTLA. One missing record box is not a big detraction. Floor model disc machines can be tough to place a value on. Higher end models will always be in demand but never as much as higher end table models IMHO since they generally consume more floor space and moving them is obviously more challenging. Consult with recent realized auction price lists to help with value.
