More barbarism - Grafonola Deluxe or 200...

Post by De Soto Frank »

The five tone-leaves and what looks to be gold-plating on the hardware suggest that this poor victim was a Grafonola Deluxe / 200...

Hopefully it was not Satin Walnut...

I believe I have this model---not painted as beautiful as this one, believe mine may be oak---however it is missing the lid about 22" x 24" --one of the larger lids I haven't seen---Ha Ha. Check your back pockets---if you have a lid, I sure would like to see this machine the way it is suppose to be.

Add some Red and White and it will be Patriotic for this weekend---A talking machine about 100 years old and doesn't require electricity to function---the value is priceless.

They certainly blued-it up good... inside the horn, an' ever-wheres...

Also, the double doors over the record storage are missing. ( But at this point, that's small potatoes....)
