The Victor I motor in this discussion is mine. I did everything I could to it. I came to the conclusion that it was a bad spring. Cliff changed the spring and the winding pawl gear. He did a great job repairing this motor. His diligence and perseverance was well worth the effort. Well Done Cliff. :D :D
