I'll pile on with the advice to NOT repaint that horn. :)

Its appearance can probably be improved by the application of a product such as "OZ" or paste wax (not car wax) such as Johnson's in the yellow can.

Thank you guys for the advice, I'm not going to repaint the horn. Anyway I like it how it is not perfect but original. :D
