What type of finish is on this machine?

Is it Flemish oak or Gunmetal oak or neither?

It could be Flemish Oak, or Weathered Oak. Gun Metal Oak has a silvery tinge to it.

My best guess is weathered or early English oak, but that's just a guess. Either way it's gorgeous. Tell me you got it. 8-)

Yeah I bought it earlier today for $150. It's a Victor XVI but it's in rough shape. Is there anyway to know for sure what it is? I'm pretty sure it's Flemish oak because on the victor Victrola site it says that the quarter sawn oak grain is still very visible even though it's almost black in color. It could be weathered oak but it seems too dark.
