Columbia Brown Wax with Woman Announcing/Singing

Here's another odd brown wax cylinder from the same lot with the Polyphone cylinder I posted recently. With my Graphophone Eagle adjusted for speed it sounds like the same Woman singing is the one announcing. Any ideas?
