WANTED: Popular Records (Various Titles)

Post by Oceangoer1 »

Hello everyone! I'm looking for Helen Kane records, particularly "I Wanna Be Loved By You" and "I Have to Have You". Any of her other songs may spark my interest if someone has them!

Also looking for:

"12th Street Rag" by Sol Hoopii's Trio on Columbia. This version. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uxyxiTtW8c

"Tip Toe Thru the Tulips With Me" the Nick Lucas original on Brunswick or Annette Hanshaw ( PM about other labels/artists that might be ok)

"Livin' in the Sunlight Lovin' in the Moonlight" Ideally on Victor by Bernie Cummins, however other labels/artists might be ok.

"Charleston" ideally Paul Whiteman on a Victor electric batwing (other labels/artists might be ok as long as they are the original one)

I would love for these records to be in Excellent (E) condition, however lesser conditions may be acceptable under certain circumstances.

PM me with responses and what you want for the record! Thanks so much!

I also wanted to add that I would love to buy any records from the musical "Anything Goes". Whether it is the versions with Cole Porter or other singers, or the ones performed by orchestras such as Paul Whiteman, is fine! Just let me know!

I as well have been looking for Anything Goes for over a year, no luck. Best of luck in your search, i'll keep my eyes open though.
