Motor Board re veneer and repair.

I have a Columbia client phonograph with a very simple motor board. It has damaged corners and missing pieces of veneer. Is there anyone out there who could either repair or reproduce motor boards?

What machine is it for? Once I know the machine, I can tell you how to repair the motor board.
