In my entire time collecting records, and skiing eBay, I never in my wildest dreams find one. Unfortunately, it's to much money for me to dish out for just on record, no matter how scarce it is. As much as I and possibly others on here would love to own one. This one is way out of my price range.

I quite understand how rare these Black Patti records are, but the only Patti records I would pay good money for are ones like this. What a good job we don't all collect the same things, otherwise prices would be even higher :

Here is a photo of the actual 26" X 48" lithograph by National of Chicago of Black Patti (Madam Sissiereta Jones)at about the time of the manufacture of the Chicago 78 in the phono. The pink label is no relation.

As you can see, she has added her married name and title Baroness Cederstrom to her autograph.

I have a genuine test pressing of "Pur Dicesti", one of the best songs of "Pink Patti", which I personally rate above anything on "Black Patti".
