Can anyone identify what machine this horn, tone arm, and bracket is from?

European horn (probably Swiss) in rough shape . Can't make out the rest to comment. Maybe you can post better pics.

I agree closer photos would be helpful but my guess is it looks very much like a European (nickel support arm) Zonophone. A New Cecil with an Exhibition reproducer.
