SOLD: Babson brake for Edison Standard D - $65

Tack slips in bearing oiler hole, and slide wire rides in front of carriage on rigid edge. When the carriage meets the end of play, it levers a brake leather against the pulley and stops the machine. Pretty genius. Adjustable. Needs a new piece of rubber or leather glued onto the tack where the old one cracked and fell off.
