Is this real or just imagination of someone selling a record

This is front of a 33 ⅓ Album of the Carter Family. Looks like Mr. Edison and looks like a couple of his inventions. Any info about the bottle or what was in the bottle?

I know that TAE, Jr. was involved in quackery, but I doubt very much that TAE, Sr. would have ever created a product like that.
