Mainspring Press is selling "bump and dent" copies of Alan Sutton's Blue Amberol book for $45 instead of the usual $75. There are currently 2 available and they will only ship to USA addresses.

I bought one of these a while back - for a higher price - and the only "bump" was a nearly invisible abrasion on the corner of the back cover where the shrink wrap had torn open. If I didn't show it to you, you wouldn't find it.
