I have replied to this listing on Craigslist several times and gave not had any replies. That tends to make me think it's sold and that the add has not been taken down yet. I believe I've bought from this person before. His stuff was not bad. Just hard to get in touch with.

Yes, it's sold. I was lucky enough to see the ad and get it on Monday.
It is indeed complete except for reproducer and horn, has a repro crank that wasn't pictured. Broken spring but otherwise pretty good. Should get it running soon...
