I've been all over town looking for a paint to match the golden tone arm and bronze crinkle interior of a 1928 Victor VV 2-55 Portable Orthophonic. The paint for the tone arm is especially hard to find, as it is a more rich gold but in a matte finish. If anyone knows the exact names to paints matching the closest to the original colors, please let me know below.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

*** UPDATE ***
Found the paint for the bronze crinkle interior, all I need now is the color for the tone arm and the other gold colored metal pieces.

Re: VV 2-55 Orthophonic Restoration Paint
I posted this a while back when I restored a VV 8-9...
I applied it with an airbrush to get a nice smooth finish with no brush marks. The only sorta quirky this about this paint is that it uses Xylol(Xylene) as the thinner.Retrograde wrote:Try Sheffield Antique Gold Leaf. 1718 Goldleaf Superlite Metallic is the same color of gold as found on painted Victor tone arms.
