This is probably one of the plethora of new "vintage" advertising signs flooding the internet, flea markets, and swap meets, but it looks like the art was lifted from a period magazine ad, and I thought it was interesting that the crank and tone control are depicted on the "wrong side" of the machine...

This is definitely a new sign. It looks too new. I have seen many of these types of signs over the years.
