I know I have seen Vitanolae before, but never one like this. Obviously a late radio/phono combo. Is this a common find?

I'd guess that it is uncommon but still not worth a great deal. I should admit my bias is the fact that I'm not too interested in radios or radio/phono combinations. If it's something you really like, you should go for it. Jerry Blais

It is certainly interesting and very uncommon- I wasn't aware that Vitanola had produced such an elaborate machine. Probably only of value to a specialist though, even the best quality early radiograms tend to hover in the low hundreds unless they have been rebuilt. If the acoustic portion of this does operate properly that would help.

Really nice looking piece of phonograph history. Is it a crank-up and is the radio battery powered? Nice addition to any collection.

I'm not sure if the radio is battery-powered, and yes, the turntable has a spring motor. I guess I should state that I haven't got an interest in electric stuff and thus have no desire after this machine (I was just surprised and curious to see such a nice off-brander), so if any of y'all like it and are close enough, feel free. I'm not gonna claim it.
