This listing's a revision of one that's been up for at least a month or more. It started high and has had several price reductions. I can't imagine why it hasn't sold at the current price since it looks quite restorable, unless there's something very wrong with it that doesn't show up in the pictures/description. Or maybe everyone's just holding out for an 810...
