Cool. I've never seen one before.
Is there no felt or anything on the turntables to protect the records?

Courtesy of the very imperfect Google Translate, for those of us (myself among them) who are Italo-challenged:
Work to be done to optimize the sound and performance: - head and horn probably not ORIGINAL perfecting attack on roller disco-stop action on automatico- better fix some mechanical parts
This is a rare model of phonograph Giacardi patented by Aeneas Flavio Giacardi in 1922. One piece for collectors and fans, who are not afraid for minor maintenance (v. Above). Actually needs some minor surgery on the mechanics: Adjustment screws, balancing and automatic return of the arm. It found half destroyed in the remains of an old hotel, now closed. The whole mechanism has been completely restored with almost all original pieces recovered from industry expert and put back into operation. It works electrically and contains 16 78s readable only on one side. Currently it has 16 disks (very deteriorated) legible on both sides. It works with special tokens period. The furniture has been completely restored according to the original inlaid designs.
Also, alas: Shipping: May not be available shipping service to: United States - For shipping options read the item description or contact the seller.
What an attractively designed machine, with an interesting history to go with it. It does look as if the cabinet restoration was nicely done. Looks like it currently has a radio horn -- I wonder what the original horn might have looked like.
