The CL ad indicates that this cabinet is 27" x 20" x 15".
27" tall is exceedingly short for any Larkin cabinet I've ever seen. I sent the seller a message asking if the 27" cabinet height was correct and he indicated "yes".
Therefore, it is my opinion that the cabinet has likely had the legs cut off. Many Larkin cabinets stand at 38" with cabriole front legs and plain back legs. This cabinet appears to have originally had cabriole legs.
Of course, I could be mistaken but even if this cabinet has not been modified, at 27" in height the cabinet is too short for me (I'm tall!). I do appreciate the thoughtfulness of the thread originator though!
