I don't remember now if it was the Rhode Island Wire guy or one of the other auto harness wiring outfits, but one of them would loom the wire if you sent it to them. Maybe he would loom the twisted wire for you with the brown thread if you sent it out to him. I re-wired a '41 Buick one wire at a time and it was either him or another one that said they would do that if I felt like taking the harness off and send it out to them. I didn't, but it wouldn't hurt to ask. Those old wire looming machines come up on ebay now and again, but I'm not sure what it takes to run one. The old phone company here in town used to have one, but I'm sure that thing got junked out years ago when they hauled all the old switching equipment to the junk yard.
