Another Phonograph cabinet?

Could someone tell me about this cabinet? I found it on eBay, and it says it's a phonograph one, but with the sheet music cabinet, I found. I'm not too sure? Price is steep.

Yes, It's made for either a Columbia or Edison machine. In one photo you can see the filled in area. I bought one a few years ago with a suitcase Home mechanism but most seem to come with Graphophone mechanisms. You can see something similar but a more unusual mahogany example in George and Tim's books. Jerry Blais
