WANTED: Lid for Edison Amberola 1A

Edison Amberola 1A, Mahogany. I'm interested in a lid for it. I have the hinge and strut.

The exact dimensions of the top are:

side to side: 18" inside, 19.25" outside
front to back: 19.5" inside, 20.75" outside
