SOLD: E+ SILENT NIGHT/O HOLY NIGHT 82171 Edison DD - $75

This disc is in shiny excellent condition and is the desireable paper label version of Edison Christmas Diamond Disc #82171, "SILENT NIGHT" and "O HOLY NIGHT - CHRISTMAS SONG" sung by Frieda Hempel.

I have personally played both sides on one of my Edison Diamond Disc A-250 phonographs and both sides play beautifully. There are a few very light surface scratches that affect nothing.

The conclusion of the "O HOLY NIGHT" side is simply breathtaking as Hempel reaches the high note that is so very well known in this song!!
