As with anything else that people collect... stocks, bonds, gold coins, baseball cards, toys, trains, phonographs, etc, - they are a product of "evolution"... survival of the fittest - buyer beware, every man for himself... in other words watch your own back. That being said, all you can do is to elevate and educate yourself - "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" seems to be appropriate.
