The video immediately before the curved top Regina Hexaphone 101 is new too. Its for the Automatic Reginaphone 100, sometimes called the table-top Hexaphone by collectors today.

After watching both videos, it sure sounds like both these machines are running erratic in regards to speed in playing the cylinders. Why is that?

Is the curved-front Hex the former Rondeau machine? Just wanting to make sure it's not a previously unknown fifth machine.

I don't hear erratic speed from the machines, but rather an occasional skipped groove because of slight shrinkage of the celluloid record. This is not uncommon with Indestructible and other celluloid cylinders, but because of their wearing qualities, many collectors like to use them in coin-operated phonographs.
