This looks like it's right out of the Black forest. It looks kind of interesting. A lot of thought and work went into this creation.

Isn't the cabinet an 1880's sewing machine lid? That's what it looks like to me. Clever idea though.

No it is the real deal, and in person it is even more impressive than it is in these excellent photographs.

Getting some action. The seller "firebottle" always gets great prices for his machines and I expect this will be no exception.

Closed at $997. I still think that's kind of low for such a unique machine. But I'm always surprised by the relatively low values quoted on shows like Antique Roadshow for 17th century furniture compared to 50 year old baseball cards or similar junk.

Did anyone here get this machine? Would be an awesome featured phonograph.
