Canadian Victrolas?

Post by Zeppy »

So I have a small collection of Victor data plates whose machines I must assume have long since been broken down, scrapped or otherwise removed from any hope of future service. In my travels, I stumbled across a pair of Canadian Victor data plates, for machines not sold in the states. I've seen pictures of the Barona, which is part of the Orthophonic lines, but I have never seen a VV-III. I have to assume it's a small VV-IV or VV-VI machines, but have never seen one. Anyone know anything about it, or what made it different from the VV-IV.
