I have this Victor III back bracket for sale. (It should also work with a Vic IV.) $150 buy-it-now or best offer submitted by February 1 gets it. Pay by PayPal. Free shipping included in buy-it-now price only. It includes the horn elbow retention clip and screw. Both appear to be original, but the clip is missing the pin. It worked fine for me without the pin.
Will also consider trade for a good Vic II back bracket.
