Is this a collectible phonograph cabinet?
Any input on this cabinet would be appreciated. Haven't bought it, just thinking about such craziness. Thanks.

Re: Is this a collectible phonograph cabinet?
Wonder if this is a late Victorian cabinet modified to house a phonograph to suit a specific client, or if it's something by one of the regular manufacturers (like Sonora, Columbia, etc) for their Period Model line? Then again, sometimes a cabinet is just a cabinet without any phonographic connections. I could see it being used as record storage and holding two outside horn machines on top. Without photos from one of the collections or period adverts of this particular model to go on, it's tough to say what was supposed to go in there.

There seems to be some sort of record storage on the lower right: other than that, it's anybody's guess.
Is there a crank hole, or holes for power cord, venting of electronics, etc.?
