This can't be right. There must be something wrong with this post. I wish I could check it out.

I just spoke with the guy who is selling it.

It's an electric model (VE), not a crank up. It has no reproducer or power cord, so it has not been tested. As such, I passed.

I do hope someone gets it as the seller said he was considering making it into a bar. I told him I hoped he wouldn't do that...

Looks like decent finish and good grille-cloth...

Hopefully someone will grab it.

power cords are available on e-bay...

Assuming this has the induction motor... A plain old extension cord (3 prong type, but only uses two of them) works on these machines just fine. No special cord is needed.
(caveat: this may not apply to the universal electric motor)

Just glancing at the two pictures in the ad, this is a nice machine.

"...and me with no gun!" -- 13.21 miles from the foot of my driveway, and none of my customary large-vehicled neighbors are available in the immediate future. Probably for the best, since I'm supposed to be in penitential de-accessioning mode, a/k/a some of the machines that are currently here have to go before anything else comes in. But damn, is this one pretty -- and it would be awfully nice to have one machine that doesn't need cranking. It's a shame it doesn't come with a soundbox, might have been brass given that this is a centered-turntable machine. But the price seems good if the condition is as nice as it looks in the pics.
