Edison Home Motor Bolts
I just swapped a better upper bedplate on my Edison Home B. I ran into a problem, it seems the motor bolts are not the same on the old bedplate and the new bedplate? Has anyone ran into this? What size and length do I need?

Please include a picture so we can see what you have.
A Home Model B does not have an "upper" bed plate. It only has one bed plate. If you have a Home B, are your vibration dampening springs all in the correct orientation?

Re: Edison Home Motor Bolts
I resolved the problem, since this bedplate does not have the circular impressions to hold the motor frame springs in place, I just looked at my Edison Fireside, and it seems they used a washer between the top plate and the tension springs. I went to the hardware store, picked up four washers and now everything tightens perfectly. I also ended up cleaning out the holes so that the other bolts now fit. I'm surprised these motor bolts support this motor, and the bolts only go in maybe ¼" inch.
