I have a Columbia Type B with a few problems;
One gear is broken from the feedscrew (under carriage shaft)
Spring is good, but the barrel is slipping when winding.
Speed adjustment screw was replaced with a modern screw.
No reproducer or horn.

Other than that, it's in good shape.
