Actually, I think this may be a rather fair price. The horn, if it is original, has nearly no damage or scratches as is usually found on Standard A's. Considering this, I think that the machine is at a fair price.

Yes if I did not already have one I would be seriously considering this machine. I agree it appears in excellent condition. Cheers

Too much. Horn obviously repainted. Nothing special about the rest of it. "30-40 records" (he can't be bothered to count the damned things???) maybe 30-40 dollars. $450-500, max.

Have to agree. These sell for a lot less at auction around here. If the records are any good that could change things. The last one I saw sell at auction like this brought $350 but the records had a lot of duplicates and they were all religious. The exterior of the horn looks a little like krylon red.

There is been a nice one on Craig's List here for months at $750. No records with it.
