Columbia Parlour Phonograph Cabinet set up for standard 2/4 minute cylinders (174). Phonograph and records not included. Solid oak construction with decorative appliqué. The cut-out for the phonograph is covered with a piece of wood. It is somewhat off-center and measures 15-½” x 7”. The distance from the top to the center of the crank hole is approximately 1-⅝”. The distance from the edge of the cut-out to the edge of the top is approximately 9-⅝”. Overall, cabinet measurements: Width 32-½” (including overhang); 28-½” (without). Depth 24-½” (including overhang); 23” (without). Height 45-½”.
Missing some applied molding but could easily be remade. The back and center strip on the top cylinder drawer are missing (photo shows lock missing but its been replaced with an original). The pegs for the cylinder records are also missing. There are a couple of bumps and chipped wood pieces, which are hard to detect unless you look for them. It looks like someone went over the old finish with a gloss finish.
