Found: governor and case latch for VV-50 victrola

I just picked up a VV-50 phonograph and it needs a few parts. Mainly I need the governor. The whole governor was missing. The motor is M102 type.

Also, if anyone has them I need to replace the latch that keeps the lid closed, and while I'm asking a new spring?

any help would be appreciated!
