Thanks for all the positive comments. Your right I think this one is a keeper.

Here is the mold that I built to hold the parts in place as I glued them together.
I measured the inside of the horn (before pulling it apart) at three levels and cut plywood to fit those radius. I then cut slots to allow the slats to move up and down along three threaded bars to fit the horn. I also cut a cap to hold down the horn.
Finally I used the ropes tightened like tourniquets around the outside holding the pieces in place while the glue dried.

Looks absolutely great. Great work on resurrecting that horn, the difference is night and day.
