These are nice machines, especially since it oak. Most of these machines were made from mahogany.

Nice machine, for a "Victorola"...
If all the carvings & veneer are intact, and it's working with no seized or broken pot-metal parts, $250 is probably fair, considering the oak finish.
Usually these are found in heavily alligatored mahogany.
