I saw that Harvey said he wanted a "hard-bound" set of the books, but I don't believe they were ever published as hard-bound books. "Perfect bound" means that the pages are glued together at the spine like a paperback book. Paul, Is the spiral-bound set done with the thin ring type of spiral or the flat, plastic type? Marc.

I clarified the spiral binding vs. perfect binding on the first page of this thread. I have not yet seen the books since the APS acquired them, but if memory serves, the spiral binding uses the flat plastic type. Hopefully, a current owner can either confirm or correct me. :)

Thanks to a kind APS member (who is currently caring for these books in storage), I can show what the books look like in their respective bindings.

(Looks like I was wrong about the type of spiral binding! )

SPIRAL BINDING:

Here's what the spiral binding looks like with the translucent cover closed...

Thanks again to all who have ordered for Wayne Show delivery & payment. The APS will soon be offering these books on its web site.

Paul, Thanks for the excellent photos showing exactly what we will get in both bindings. Is the supply something that will probably run out quickly, or will there be an ample amount left for us that have to buy via mail? thanks, Marc.

There's an ample supply of spiral bound books, but a limited number of perfect bound sets. We're nowhere near selling out of either type.
