New Edison Ephemera

Post by rgordon939 »

Picked up this framed lot of Edison Ephemera. Can't wait to open it up and look at each piece. I especially like the one "Directions for Setting Up and Operating the Edison Spring Motor Phonograph" at the bottom in the middle.

Yeah, F. K. Babson (Chicago) and Peter Bacigalupi and Sons (San Francisco) put out a lot of their own Edison sales paperwork as main Edison distributors. Some of their stuff is really neat, but not really considered "Factory" Paperwork since its from a distributor.. It's more of an Edison "offshoot".. of the period. Still neat stuff. They did however stamp their name and address on some original Edison Instruction Manuals and Dealer Brochures though.

I do see some Original Edison Instruction manuals and Original Edison Dealer Tags in there. Nice score.
