Needle paper in Asian symbols?
I found this inside a recent purchase. Any idea what it is? I'm guessing a diagram of needle tips maybe?

I think you are correct. The wear patterns on the alleged needle tips resemble what I have seen under a microscope. Perhaps different dimensions of the tip radius have some relation to the wear patterns seen.

Re: Needle paper in Asian symbols?
I had my wife read it and you're all on the right track. Basically, it's telling the buyer about the importance of changing the needle after every play. The pics of the needles talk about the different type of needles and the two on the lower part of the pics shows how they can be get worn after use and also how a used needle will seriously impact the ability to hear everything clean and clear. Paragraph 5 explains that there are a lot of fake "Victor" needles and to make sure you only by the "authentic" product from an authorized dealer. Paragraph 6 states that if your receive your needles and any of them are damaged, return them to Japan Victor for a free replacement.
