Victrola VV-VIII Crank Restoration

Post by VV-Montreal »

Newbie seeks advice from experts!
The crank handle of my VV-VIII looks sad unpainted. I can see that originally it was painted black.
So what kind of paint would you recommend?

Black enamel, which is what was used originally.

If you tempted to remove the knob, I believe it's a reverse threaded screw. Jerry
