I think its neat because of the swiveling reproducer that allows for vertical and lateral play. This feature is not always seen in a portable!

Lovely looking machine. I wonder whether it has a long horn that goes round the case, or just a cavity that the tonearm base "empties" into.

A very pretty example - sold by Montgomery Ward. Interesting to see a full sized Heinemann arm on this.
