I have a Karna open horn machine that I bought in Union over 30 years ago, the only one I have ever seen.

Here's a Karna Table machine - quite cheaply made but plays ok. The soundbox says "London Made".

Thanks for the info. This CL Karna looks kind of rough. I just finished that Rivoli today and trying to kick the habit of restoring these beat up strays.. :D :D Have a good weekend
