VE 10-50

I tried searching for the posts on the VE 10-50 phonographs without success. Does anyone know what the posts were called? I am being offered one and want to find out more about them. Does anyone know if the pot metal parts are still available?

The board's search function does not work on words with less than 3 characters. It sees "10-50" as two words of 2 characters separated by a dash and therefore ignores both words. To get around this, go to Google and paste the following into the search box:

site:forum.talkingmachine.info 10-50

Thanks for the replies. Does anyone have contact information for Carsten Fisher?
I am being offered a 10-50 that is nice cosmetically but needs a mechanical restoration. What is a fair offer to make on it. It does have the record albums.
